No, we don’t request minimum order amount, but we request minimum order quantity, which varies as per different item, please login website to get the requested minimum quantity of each item, it means you can place an order as long as you meet the minimum quantity of any item shown on website.

Yes, you can mix different items in an order, but it is subject that you should reach minimum quantity of each item. 

(C),What is the Payment Terms?

In general, there are three payment ways for your choice. 

1. Order total amount less than USD 10,000 , full payment in advance.

2. Order total amount more than USD 10,000, 30% down payment, the balance will be paid upon the copy of B/L..

3.100%L/C AT SIGHT. 

(D),What is the Payment Method?

At present, we mainly take payment by following method:

1. by wire transit via bank - it is fast and preference way.

2. L/C at sight.

customers should pay all local handling fees and Intermediary bank handling fees. Please make sure full payment amount in our account. 

(E),What about Delivery Time? 

Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. The production within 30 days after receiving down payment or L/C at sight and samples approval.  

(F),Can you accept OEM/ODM business? 

Yes, on most occasions we make production according to your design and request. HEMAI also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels. 

(G),Can I ask Special Packing? 

Yes, HEMAI is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge. 

(H),Are all items shown on website from stock?

Some of items on hot sales are available in stock, we will confirm if your ordered items are available once getting your order. 

(I),Can I order samples?

Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but it is subject to following terms:

1. The sample is available in stock.

2. We will charge sample fee and shipping cost. 

(J),Can you send me a catalogue?

As we update products almost every month, so at present we can not provide you the newest catalogue, but we can send you E-catalogue as per your preference by a separate e-mail. 

(K),What about Duty/Tax?

You need not pay any customs duty to China when you buy these items from HEMAI, but whether you need pay import duty or tax in your country, please check with your customs.

(L),What is the price FOB China?

FOB means Free On Board, only for product price, it does not include shipping cost, insurance and import duty at your end. 

(M),What about Shipping Cost?

Shipping cost varies as per different products, quantity and shipping method, you can check basic shipping cost when you browse products online after you login website. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed after you specify products and quantity. 

(N),How to arrange Shipping? 

You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder agent in China before production completion, or you can ask HEMAI to arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping. 

(O),How to cover Insurance? 

If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask HEMAI to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping. 

(P),I don't find the items I need, what can I do?

We have more than 1000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information by E-catalogue as per your preference.

(Q),What kind of currency can you accept?

At present, we only accept US Dollar and Euro. 

(R),What country can you arrange shipping to?

We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address 

(S),What merchandise names on these products?

Most of products with normal neutral brand name and neutral packing unless you ask OEM or ODM for larger quantity order.
